Country star Riley Green is opening up about his dating life, admitting that his demanding career has made it difficult to imagine fitting a serious relationship into his already hectic schedule.

In a new interview with People, the singer revealed that spending more than 200 days a year on the road has left him with very little time for romance.
“I struggle to think there’s a girl that’s … I can barely make this lifestyle work,” he admitted.
And his schedule has become even more demanding since joining The Voice as a coach for its 30th season.
“I was busy before I started filming The Voice. Now I’m in L.A. every day,” Riley explained.
Despite the challenges, the country singer hasn’t ruled out settling down and starting a family. In fact, he shared a sweet glimpse of the kind of father he hopes to become, joking that if he loves his future son as much as he loves his nephew Joe, they will get along just fine.
However, there’s one sign that his current lifestyle may need to change. Riley revealed that he hadn’t even seen his dog, Carl, in a month.
“My lifestyle has got to change a little bit,” he admitted.
For now, his close relationship with his family helps him cope with life on the road. He explained that FaceTime calls with his nephew, watching him play sports and catching up with relatives make the demanding schedule more bearable.
Riley also offered a glimpse into his romantic side by revealing his ideal date night. Rather than choosing an extravagant evening, he would love to enjoy a steak dinner before heading to a drive-in cinema to watch an old movie.
His comments offer a rare look at the personal side of a country star whose career continues to reach new heights. Between touring, releasing music, acting and coaching on The Voice, Riley clearly has plenty on his plate.
But while he may not be ready to settle down just yet, his latest confession makes one thing clear: starting a family remains part of the future he hopes to build.
